Method: Still going through a coin drought have found no lost coins on streets recently. Will have to try another tack.
Planning: Have set up ebay account and pay pal account. Then the thought occurred to me that in using the computer Im using a resource that hasn't been paid for by the system. Hmm that deserves more thought. The system says you can make limited use of, say a car, as long as you don't use it to make money by running a taxi service. So a PC must be the same.
